Hailing from the East Coast, Sydney spent much of her youth immersed in competitive swimming, instilling in her a profound appreciation for discipline, resilience, and holistic well-being. It was through her experiences as an athlete that she first recognized the profound interplay between physical and mental health.

Throughout her undergraduate years, Sydney delved deeper into the intricacies of the brain and behavior, solidifying her commitment to mental health advocacy and support. She is driven by a desire to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and practical application, ensuring that individuals receive the comprehensive care they deserve.

Beyond her role at Latitude Mental Health, Sydney also serves as a dedicated swim coach in Santa Monica, where she continues to inspire others to achieve their full potential.
