Exercising the Mind: An Introduction to Mental Fitness Coaching

We face new challenges everyday in this ever-changing world. Just take a look at 2020! It’s impossible to predict the future or what happens to us. But what we can do is prepare and shape how we react. At the center of that response is resilience or your bounce back ability.

Mental Fitness intends to recondition your physical, emotional, and mental wellness through mindfulness, gratitude, mental flexibility, critical thinking, and confidence. Developing resilience utilizes common evidence-based practices such as mindfulness and meditative techniques and integrates gratitude exercises with repetition and flow.

Wellness coaching motivates you to maximize your inner strengths and empowers you to push beyond self-imposed limitations. Oftentimes, these limitations are not within our conscious awareness. Coaching aims to give you the confidence and appreciation to acknowledge those constraints and break free of them. In doing so, you gain confidence and momentum to tackle whatever is next in your path.
