Our wellness coaching includes a 60-minute initial comprehensive, diagnostic assessment and routine, recurrent 30 or 60 minute follow up sessions occurring either weekly, biweekly or monthly. Coaching is a learning model that emphasis achieving personal goals and exploring what’s possible.
