Armin Hoes, M.D.

Medical Director

Dr. Hoes is the Founder and Medical Director of Latitude Mental Health, a mental health care practice based in Los Angeles, CA that provides comprehensive mental health care services integrating medicine, therapy and coaching to go beyond treating illness and provide a wellness-oriented treatment model.

Dr. Hoes completed post-doctoral residency training in Psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) - Greater Los Angeles VA Psychiatry Residency Training Program. He received additional post-doctoral training in Neurology from Duke University and attended Medical School Howard University as well as completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Howard University Hospital.

Dr. Hoes knows how to lead, possesses superior critical thinking and problem solving ability and has a proven track record of success in a variety of disciplines. Prior to attending Medical School, Dr. Hoes served his country as an United States Air Force Intelligence Officer. He is a proud graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and decorated Iraq War combat veteran.

In his medical practice, Dr. Hoes has expertise in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad spectrum of medical and psychiatric conditions in all practice settings. He specializes not only in the medical management of mental health conditions but also integrates therapy into his practice using principles of psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavior therapy.

Dr. Hoes is also producer and co-host of the SportsPsychMDs podcast, an independent, international streaming broadcast available by subscription featuring topics related to mental health and athletic performance. Through his podcast, Dr. Hoes educates listeners about mental health and important the role of psychiatry in sports, promotes improving mental health care for athletes, and seeks to destigmatize mental illness by changing the narrative about what it means to struggle with a mental health challenge. The SportsPsychMDs podcast is changing the face of mental illness by conveying to its audience that athletes are our heroes but even heroes can struggle with mental health. Dr. Hoes is a proud member of the International Society of Sports Psychiatrists (ISSP), a world-wide organization dedicated to advance the specialty of sports psychiatry (https://www.sportspsychiatry.org/).


Jessica Sieja

Director of Coaching Services

Jessica is a Nationally Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Exercise Physiologist. I have a Master’s in Exercise Science from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. I obtained my Health & Wellness certification through Wellcoaches. She is a member of the Industry Advisory Council at the America Public University System for the School of Health Sciences. Additionally, she is a certified Lifestyle Coach for the National Diabetes Prevention Program through the (Center of Disease Control) CDC.

She has a passion for navigating clients in areas including stress management, weight management, exercise and fitness, nutrition and tobacco cessation. She has taught numerous classes on stress reduction methods and heart disease risk factor modification and improvement strategies. She's also fun to be around and has a wicked sense of humor. 

Jessica was born and raised in Michigan, "the Mitten State", high 5! Her hobbies include shenanigans with family, friends, or whoever she can rope in, maybe you? She loves to keep fit, cook healthfully, and perform stand-up comedy. Jessica says "I can empower your smile or just make you laugh."



Sheri Momoh

Director of Administrative Services

More than likely, Sheri will be the first point of contact you have as a member at Latitude Mental Health. Whether it's an email or a text, Sheri loves hearing from clients and finding ways to support them through her role as Latitude's Medical Support Specialist.

Because of this, it comes as no surprise that Sheri is a firm believer in the value of kindness, patience, and consistency. No task is too small when ensuring clients are receiving the highest quality of care at Latitude. Intentionality is at the forefront of her work as she is in close communication with Latitude's Doctors, Coaches, and Therapists to support every single client's journey through wellness.

A Bay Area Native, she spends much of her free time exploring Los Angeles whether it is attending a concert or trying a new meal. Her favorite part of Los Angeles so far is that you're never too far from a beach.
